Site Release: February 2001
Cheats Galore was set-up in February 2001, by me, Daniel Blackburn. I run the site totally by my self. I am a 17 year old boy from Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, in England. I love playing games so I set-up Cheats Galore, to help people like me who generally get stuck, and spend a few days trying to solve it! I looked at other cheats sites and formed opinions on them. I realised the following things...
Too Many Adverts and Pop-Up windows!!!
Far too many pictures increasing loading times.
Pages were sometimes cluttered with useless things.
I had to go through many links to find one cheat.
I decided that I wasn`t going to put up with this, so I made my own site, where there is little or none of the above. There are highly limited adverts (Which Only Pay For The Site), it is straight to the point, and there are few images. This means that users should be able to enter the site and get their cheats when they need them.

Hosting Provider Change: September 2003
We have recently switched from our previous hosting provider to Galore Web Services. Galore Web Services is a hosting provider, and Cheats Galore is now part of the Galore Web Services corporation. This change allows us to deliver truly dynamic content to our visitors ensuring accuracy and efficieny is maintainted. The new provider means that we are able to automate many features of the site, where we would have had to manually maintain previously.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our visitors for their continued support to the site & we hope that you see the benefits that we are from the transition to Galore Web Services.

System Update: February 2005
I am just leaving a note here on the site information page to tell you about the new Cheats Galore. The whole site has been completely redesigned with a slick-green design and the systems that run the site redesigned to make getting cheats faster and easier. New features have been added, such as the Print Wizard, Error Reporting Wizard, Cheat-Type Segregation and much more! These are just a few of the many features being added now, and in the future.
These new tools include a brand new administration system, making it even easier to add and update cheats. I thought it was necessary to upgrade the software behind Cheats Galore, in order to maintain Cheats Galore as The First Place To Look For Cheats!
